Delivery and Returns

You will receive a confirmation of order details via your email, please check to see if it’s all correct. If you want to change the delivery address or any other detail please email us on with the order number, or call 09025728617. Please ensure you supply detailed delivery details.
All orders (Domestic & International) are shipped either via Dhl, Local courier, GIG logistics with tracked shipping.

Order processing time takes 24hrs.

Shipping time is usually 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping fee is subject to change depending on the weight of your order. If there are any changes you will be contacted via phone call.



You have the right to return a parcel to the dispatch rider if the content has been tampered with or mishandled i.e pouring of a product. We do not offer refunds. We also do not accept returns if the seal of the product has been broken. All parcels have insurance once dispatched using the companies selected dispatch but once you decide to dispatch using public transport, the company will not be held responsible for damaged or missing packages
